By registering with Internet Soft You (“User/ Client/ You/ You”) acknowledge and agree without limitation or qualification that these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) therefore constitute a binding contract between you and the Company. Your continued use and/or access to Internet Soft constitutes Your continued acceptance of these Terms of Use and your commitment to abide by them.

Any use of Internet Soft or Internet Soft content other than for specific purposes permitted herein without the written permission of the Company is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the User’s Account.
  • It is Our endeavor to ensure that Internet Soft can access you from anywhere on a 24×7 basis. However We may from time to time and with prior notice discontinue access to Internet Soft or certain parts thereof due to maintenance or other reasons. We may also be alone discretion to temporarily or permanently suspend use of a particular Internet Soft. You agree and understand that You have no expectation or right to continuous and uninterrupted access to Internet Soft.It is Our endeavor to ensure that Internet Soft is accessible to You from anywhere on a 24×7 basis. However We may from time to time and with prior notice discontinue access to Internet Soft or certain parts thereof due to maintenance or other reasons. We may also in Our sole discretion temporarily or permanently restrict access to Internet Soft specific users. You agree and understand that You have no expectation or right to continuous and uninterrupted access to Internet Soft.
  • We do not warrant that other users of Internet Soft will abide by these Terms of Use. You hereby assume all risk of any harm or injury that may be caused to you by third party users who fail to comply. We shall not be liable for any such harm or injury caused by third parties use the snow.

Registration

  • In order to use Internet Soft You may be required to register by creating an account with Internet Soft (“User Account”). Indemnification

By accepting and using these Terms of Use and/or visiting Internet Soft You agree to incur the costs of storing and retaining the Company its affiliates employees executive directors agents and third party items for licenses and partners harmless from any and all income loss related losses and liability costs and expenses including without limitation legal costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with Your use or misuse of Internet Soft Your violation of these Terms of Use or breach of standing warranty and upon any contracts entered into by you herein. We have the right to have it The sole defense and jurisdiction of Your expenses for any claim against which Our Company is required to be indemnified including Your rights to settle and You agree to cooperate with Our defense and settlement of these claims. Force Majeure

The Parties agree that neither Party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms of Use or any contract arising out of an event beyond such Party’s control an act of God’s cruelty any including but not limited to political insurrection insurrection riot civil unrest act of civil or military authority direction of governmental or regulatory authority uprising earthquake flood or any other natural or man-caused event beyond Our control resulting in termination of these Terms of Use or contracts or agreements any manufactured or not they could have known what made sense. Each Party affected by such action shall promptly notify the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the Terms.

Intellectual property rights

Internet Soft is owned by the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. All rights are expressly reserved to and for the Company. We or Our licensors reserve all proprietary and interest rights including but not limited to all copyright trademark patent trade secret or other general rights (collectively referred to as “IP Rights”) in and to Internet Soft. The Logos flag and the like are trademarks of the Company. The IP Rights may not be used in any manner without the express consent of all or any of the materials displayed on Internet Soft. In the absence of the Company’s express access You agree not to disclose or use these in any manner. You must not redistribute transmit modify create derivative works display perform or otherwise use any of the Internet Soft or IP Rights or attempt to reverse engineer decompile disassemble Internet Soft or use Internet Soft of is a competing factor. The Company respects the intellectual property of others. The Company expects the User to do the same. If User believes that its intellectual property rights (“User IP”) have been infringed, please contact Company immediately and provide the following information:

  • (i) A description of the User IP that is claimed to have been infringed;

  • (iii) The full name address telephone number and email address of the owner of the User IP;
  • (iv) Electronic or physical delivery of the person’s signature authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the User IP;
  • (v) A statement by the User or owner that it reasonably believes that to the best of its knowledge, the owner of the User IP has not authorized its use;
  • (vi) A statement under penalty of perjury that all the information furnished is true and exactly and if he or she is the owner of the User IP or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the User IP.

User responsibility for content

The User is responsible for ensuring that in their use of Internet Soft, there is no act or any omission which is contrary to any law for the time being. Any violation by the User shall subject the User to the responsibility of terminating the User Account which prevents the User from accessing Internet Soft and/or any other action under any law for the time being in force. The User specifically undertakes not to host display upload modify publish transmit update or share any information if – .

  • (i) Belongs to another person and the user has no copyright;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the company nor any of its employees are senior managers or agents (collectively). “Internet Soft Parties”) make no representations or warranties or representations expressed or implied by: (a) Internet Soft; (b) our IP rights; (c) user content; or (d) the security of information transmitted to the company or through Internet Soft. In furthermore Internet Soft The parties hereby disclaim all warranties express or implied including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose non-infringement title custom trade quiet enjoyment system integration and freedom from computer viruses. The Internet Soft The Parties do not represent or warrant that Internet Soft will be error free or uninterrupted; to correct deficiencies; or that Internet Soft or the server that runs Internet Soft is free of any harmful components including without limitation viruses. The Internet Soft The parties make no representation or warranty as to the complete accuracy or usefulness of the information (including any instructions) on Internet Soft. Internet Soft The parties do not authorize your lawful use of Internet Soft in any specific jurisdictions and Internet Soft Parties specifically disclaim such warranties. Limitation of liability; waiver: notwithstanding anything contained herein under no circumstances shall the Internet Soft Parties be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind (without limitation to any indirect economic examples of special penalties of accidental or consequential loss or damage) of:

  • (a) Internet Soft;
  • (b) Our IP rights;
  • (c) User content;
  • (d) Your use of unavailable Internet Soft or its functionality;
  • (e) Any action taken in response to an investigation by Internet Soft Parties or law enforcement agencies involving your or any other party’s use of Internet Soft
  • (f) Any action taken in respect of other copyright or intellectual property owners;
  • (g) Any errors or omissions in the use of Internet Soft; or (h) any damage to any user’s computer mobile device or other associated equipment or technology including without limitation damage resulting from any breach of security or from any virus bugs modifying fraud error omission interruption defect delay in business or transmission computer line or network failure or any mechanical or other malfunction without limitation damage to lost profits loss of goodwill loss of data business cease accuracy results or computer a cannot function properly or even if it is visible or even if Internet Soft The parties have been or should have been advised of the possibility that such damages could arise as a result of an action for strict or tort contractual negligence (without limitation as to whether they resulted from negligent acts). including all or part of the failure of god telecommunications or the theft or damage caused thereby Internet Soft).
