  • It is Our endeavor to ensure that Internetsoft can access you from anywhere on a 24Ă—7 basis. However We may from time to time and with prior notice discontinue access to Internetsoft or certain parts thereof due to maintenance or other reasons. We may also be alone discretion to temporarily or permanently suspend use of a particular Internetsoft. You agree and understand that You have no expectation or right to continuous and uninterrupted access to Internetsoft.It is Our endeavor to ensure that Internetsoft is accessible to You from anywhere on a 24Ă—7 basis. However We may from time to time and with prior notice discontinue access to Internetsoft or certain parts thereof due to maintenance or other reasons. Indemnification

Force Majeure

The Parties agree that neither Party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under these Terms of Use or any contract arising out of an event beyond such Party’s control an act of God’s cruelty any including but not limited to political insurrection insurrection riot civil unrest act of civil or military authority direction of governmental or regulatory authority uprising earthquake flood or any other natural or man-caused event beyond Our control resulting in termination of these Terms of Use or contracts or agreements any manufactured or not they could have known what made sense. Intellectual property rights

Internetsoft is owned by the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. All rights are expressly reserved to and for the Company. We or Our licensors reserve all proprietary and interest rights including but not limited to all copyright trademark patent trade secret or other general rights (collectively referred to as “IP Rights”) in and to Internetsoft. The Logos flag and the like are trademarks of the Company. The IP Rights may not be used in any manner without the express consent of all or any of the materials displayed on Internetsoft. In the absence of the Company’s express access You agree not to disclose or use these in any manner. You must not redistribute transmit modify create derivative works display perform or otherwise use any of the Internetsoft or IP Rights or attempt to reverse engineer decompile disassemble Internetsoft or use Internetsoft of is a competing factor.   • (iii) the full name address telephone number and email address of the owner of the User IP;
  • (iv) electronic or physical delivery of the person’s signature authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the User IP;
  • (v) a statement by the User or owner that it reasonably believes that to the best of its knowledge, the owner of the User IP has not authorized its use;
  • (vi) a statement under penalty of perjury that all the information furnished is true and exactly and if he or she is the owner of the User IP or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the User IP.

User responsibility for content

The User is responsible for ensuring that in their use of Internetsoft, there is no act or any omission which is contrary to any law for the time being. Any violation by the User shall subject the User to the responsibility of terminating the User Account which prevents the User from accessing Internetsoft and/or any other action under any law for the time being in force. The User specifically undertakes not to host display upload modify publish transmit update or share any information if – .
  • (i) belongs to another person and the user has no copyright;

  • (a) Internetsoft;
  • (b) our IP rights;
  • (c) user content;
  • (d) your use of unavailable Internetsoft or its functionality;
  • (e) any action taken in response to an investigation by Internetsoft Parties or law enforcement agencies involving your or any other party’s use of Internetsoft;
  • (f) any action taken in respect of other copyright or intellectual property owners;
  • (g) any errors or omissions in the use of Internetsoft; or (h) any damage to any user’s computer mobile device or other associated equipment or technology including without limitation damage resulting from any breach of security or from any virus bugs modifying fraud error omission interruption defect delay in business or transmission computer line or network failure or any mechanical or other malfunction without limitation damage to lost profits loss of goodwill loss of data business cease accuracy results or computer a cannot function properly or even if it is visible or even if Internetsoft The parties have been or should have been advised of the possibility that such damages could arise as a result of an action for strict or tort contractual negligence (without limitation as to whether they resulted from negligent acts). including all or part of the failure of god telecommunications or the theft or damage caused thereby Internetsoft).
