This Refund Policy applies to Internet Soft’s refund practice and procedure. This Refund Policy does not apply to the actions of companies not owned or controlled by Internet Soft or persons not employed or managed by Internet Soft including any third parties and/or products suppliers bound by contract with any third party websites to which the Internet Soft websites link.
When Do You Qualify For Refunds?
When you lodge a complaint with Internet Soft we first try to provide the best possible solution to the issue you are facing. Your case is first presented to the engineering team and then reported in detail to the expert team. The money is refunded only in extreme circumstances when nothing good can be done to solve the issue.While arranging the refund we check that the transaction is fair and genuine applying conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, refunds may be submitted.
- Development/After-sales operations have not yet begun
- Information on the project is beyond capacity rectification/resolution/fixing
- You did not violate our payment policies
- You did not use any information for cash/business benefits (received in the association)
- The reasons you stated are true/reasonable/true enough to qualify you to try cash which will be returned to check
- Should be able demonstrates his innovative UI design and development skills and understands what makes an app addictive and exciting.
- You have presented all proofs and evidence on your refund
- The transaction is not due to any payment dispute from your bank or payment vendor Important note: If any of the points mentioned above are found to be prevalent your application will be considered invalid. The decision regarding refunds is final and irrevocable.
How The Refund Takes Place?
1. Pre-Refund
- The refund query is processed and verified
- Match the query to approved parameters and appropriate reference points
- Schedule refunds under permissible circumstances and resolve completely or part as the case may be
2. Post-Refund
- Sign a certification agreement
- Unless told otherwise you destroy all copies of the information that was distributed and the communication that occurred in a timely manner
3. Transaction
- A refund may take up to 7-10 business days to process after signing the contract
- You will be refunded the amount you received.Other than this, you your refund may include an interchange fee or an exchange . in exchange rates can make a difference in the refund amount compared to your original payment (in your local currency). If you have to pay any fees or bear any losses during this process, it is your sole responsibility
