Overview:
We are in search of a Call Center Expert with 2+ years of experience in lead generation
and scheduling appointments with high-level executives such as CTOs, CEOs, and
VPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the US English accent and
extensive experience in customer interaction and sales conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and set appointments with top-tier executives, including CTOs, CEOs, and VPs, to facilitate business growth and partnership opportunities.
- Utilize expert communication skills with a proficient US accent to engage effectively with US clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation and appointment setting efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointments scheduled, ensuring follow-ups are conducted promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
